Natalie has considerable expertise in urban regeneration and has been involved in a significant number of high-profile development projects, acting for both the public and private sectors. Natalieâ€™s main area of work is in the field of residential property sales and purchases, property development, primarily acting for the private and upper mid-market sectors. Natalieâ€™s role is to co-ordinate all areas of conveyancing and property development from site assembly, development and construction documentation, operating agreements and funding through to advice on tax, planning and licensing aspects: in other words, a seamless service through the whole process from site acquisition to the disposal of the end product. Natalieâ€™s approach to business is to become involved in a project with her clients from the outset, assisting with the negotiation of the commercial terms of a deal and liaising with the full professional team and potential funders on key issues such as feasibility, valuation and project management. Natalieâ€™s style involves a hands-on approach, introducing clients and contacts to each other for mutual benefit, particularly to assist with project funding.

Yulia completed her law degree at Monash University in 2009 and was admitted to practice in 2011.
Prior to this she completed a Civil law degree at prestigious Moscow University in 2007, practicing there in commercial law shortly after. Since joining Abrahams Meese in 2011 Yulia has been involved in a variety of matters including leases, wills, sale of business agreements and general commercial litigation.
Sofia started working at Lloyds and Barclay Lawyers as trainee solicitor and had secured a full time position as solicitor following her admission to practice law. She is valuable member of the team and is involved in many different matters for various clients. Her passion is criminal law and she hopes to one day become a barrister.
